We at Unique.Fashion genuinely thank you for your purchase/patronage and hope you're completely thrilled with your personalized garment. Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase as we take great pride in our products and hope that you will love yours and will tell your friends and family about it. In the rare case that you are not satisfied, rest assured that we would make it right for you. If this is that occasion, we have options available to you. Please keep in mind that we will only accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise mailed back to us within 30 days of receipt. EXCHANGE / ALTERATIONS If the ordered garment does not fit as you would like, we ask that you contact a Customer Care Advocate to discuss your options. Due to the complexity of garment alterations, Unique.Fashion will offer alterations once on the approved garment. If you are not satisfied with the altered garment, we would be happy to issue a credit to your credit card (i.e. financial institution) for the price of the garment (not including return shipping). Our customer care advocate would be happy to discuss this option with you. REFUNDS For refund requests we ask that you contact a Customer Care Advocate for an RA #. The garment must be returned to Unique.Fashion within 30 days of email authorization of the RA #. Once your garment(s) is received in house and following an inspection by our product integrity team, we will reach out to you and present your options. For approved returns resulting in refunds we will issue a credit to your credit card (i.e. financial institution) for the price paid for the garment (shipping not included). Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All items returned to us resulting in a refund will be donated to non-profit organizations. RETURNS PROCESS Once a return is authorized, we kindly request that you follow the instructions to return your garment to us: 1. Carefully wrap unworn or clean garment in its original packaging or similar and include the following: - Order number or a copy of the original packing slip. - Your contact information clearly printed: Name, phone, e-mail & home address. - Include any special instructions or issues discussed with our Customer Care Advocate and your Customer Care Advocate's name.
